- Oversee all phases of residential remodeling and custom home projects from pre‑construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage logistics, and coordinate labor and subcontractors.
- Supervise and mentor lead carpenters and field teams, ensuring alignment with safety and quality expectations.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure top‑tier craftsmanship and code compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Monitor job costs, review budgets weekly, and manage change orders to meet profitability goals.
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in high‑end residential remodeling or custom home construction.
- Extensive knowledge of residential building codes and construction best practices.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient with project management software (preferably and Timberline).
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
