• Oversee all phases of residential remodeling and custom home projects from pre‑construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage logistics, and coordinate labor and subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor lead carpenters and field teams, ensuring alignment with safety and quality expectations.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure top‑tier craftsmanship and code compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Monitor job costs, review budgets weekly, and manage change orders to meet profitability goals.

• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in high‑end residential remodeling or custom home construction.
• Extensive knowledge of residential building codes and construction best practices.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient with project management software (preferably  and Timberline).
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Full‑Time – Monday to Friday

On‑site, southern WI area. Travel limited to local job sites.
