Machine Operator

Located in Delafield, WI 53018, this position offers a pay rate between $19 and $21 per hour, determined by your professional background.

• 1st shift (6939): 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Thursday, providing a three-day weekend.
• 2nd shift (1430): 2:45pm to 12:45am, Monday through Thursday, providing a three-day weekend.

• Manage the operation and loading of manufacturing equipment.
• Execute assembly tasks and secondary processes including trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing.
• Verify product quality by utilizing precision measuring instruments to meet established benchmarks.
• Prepare, label, and package materials in strict accordance with provided work orders.
• Ensure all production logs and quality inspection records are accurately maintained.
• Contribute to a more efficient workspace by keeping your area tidy and adhering to 6S protocols.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine processes and implement updated operational instructions.
• Assist with various tasks as needed to help the team reach daily production targets.

• Demonstrate high levels of precision and a dedication to error-free work.
• Possess the ability to interpret and execute both spoken and written directives.
• Proficiency in foundational arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Show comfort and accuracy when using measurement tools like scales, calipers, and rulers.
