Join Naturescape as a Delafield - Snow Removal Specialist in Delafield, WI. This part‑time or full‑time position provides customers with outstanding snow removal services for residential and commercial properties.

Base pay: $20.00/hr – $27.00/hr (with potential performance‑based incentives). Additional benefits include competitive wages, overtime opportunities, paid training, and the chance to advance to a manager in as little as one year.

• Remove snow and ice from customer sites in a timely and safe manner.
• Operate snow removal equipment and maintain it in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly.
• Work independently in the outdoors, often 4‑day weeks with variable hours.
• Coordinate with team and managers to schedule work and report progress.
• Assist with other landscape and lawn care tasks as needed during off‑season or backup roles.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated to learn and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, or snow removal is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
