We are looking for a Part‑Time or Full‑Time / Seasonal Snow Removal Specialist in Delafield, WI to help our residential and commercial customers keep their properties safe and beautiful during winter.
$20/hr - $27/hr is the average pay you can earn, including incentives and overtime opportunities. The starting wage is $20+/hr. Specialists who excel can significantly increase their average hourly pay through weekly performance‑based incentives, with top performers earning an extra $15,000+ per year in bonuses alone. Overtime is available frequently, and the position can transition to a full‑time Lawn Care Specialist in the spring.

A Day in the Life of a Snow Removal SpecialistSpecialists typically work 10‑hour days, four days per week, driving company vehicles to customer locations. Tasks include snowplowing, shoveling, ice removal, and providing quick, courteous service to residential and commercial customers. While the role requires a willingness to learn, prior experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower is an advantage but not required.
Winter Work ScheduleWe offer flexible scheduling to match your availability. Whether you’re available 24/7 during snowy periods or prefer a part‑time backup role, we can accommodate your schedule. If you have commitments outside of snow removal, let us know and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Qualifications- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
