Starting pay is dependent on prior experience.

Pesticide applicator's license very beneficial and comes with higher pay rate.

Job Type: Full-time or Seasonal Work Available

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, bed weeding, plant installation, mulch installation, leaf cleanup and general landscape upkeep.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
• Conduct shrub/tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper depth and conditions for new plants.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards.
• Perform assigned work with detail, efficiency, a positive attitude, and excellence.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• It may be required to drive a truck and trailer to various client locations.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment in the trailer during transit and report damaged/broken equipment.
• Adhere to the company's employee handbook and procedures.
• Diligently use smartphone app to accurately clock in/out and manage assigned work.

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, multi-purpose saws, etc.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for long hours.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required depending on job responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying skill levels.
