Part‑time

We re looking for a Server to serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, presenting order choices, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere. This position is based at the Red Circle Inn in Waukesha County.

As the Server, you ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

• Take customers  food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait‑station, and kitchen service area to meet state and local health board requirements.
• Receive proper payment from guests and ensure the accuracy of guest checks and methods of payment to safeguard customers and the company.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person or by phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information to provide quality customer service.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

What It Takes to Succeed

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customers).
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

You ll Stand Out if You Bring

• One year of server experience.
• Experience with MICROS and Square POS systems.

Mandatory Requirement

• U.S. work authorization (required).
