Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for various non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. These roles may involve direct customer or vendor interaction, such as directing customers to store departments, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance. Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, often with minimal supervision.
They should be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, demonstrate high integrity, and focus on store-specific objectives while supporting operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
