Pure Barre is the largest, most established barre franchise with more than 600 studios across North America. With a dedicated following of 550,000+ clients, Pure Barre focuses on low-impact, small movements that target strength, cardio, and flexibility for people of all levels, providing clients with self-focused time to transform the body and mind.
Currently looking for an individual with day-time availability during the week. Mid-morning shifts during the week M-F include class times that vary starting from 8:00 AM and ending by 10:30 AM. Instructors are asked to rotate weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday with class times starting from 7:30 AM and ending by 10:30 AM.
This is an in-person position at our Delafield, WI location

• Availability to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week or 12 classes per month (classes are offered early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
• Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class
• Learn and memorize full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required

• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
• All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes
• Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training
