Teph Seal Auto Appearance is a privately‑held company operating detail/reconditioning centers in auto dealerships across the United States. We look for team players focused on exemplary customer service who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Position:
Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) or Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years). Piecework detail shop positions available.

• Maintain facilities to produce high‑quality service.
• Wash, wax, buff vehicles; vacuum interiors; clean upholstery; dust with air compressors; apply preservation chemicals.
• Clean engine compartments; use dyes, paints, waxes as needed.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

• Physically demanding: frequent movement, bending, lifting, etc.
• Work outdoors, variable climate.
• Move numerous vehicles.
• Use OSHA‑approved products.
• Flex spine, hands; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Constant oral communication; requires clear vision and hearing.
• Inspect own and teammates’ work for imperfection.
• Sense of urgency; adhere to uniform/grooming standards.

Piecework.

• 1+ year detailing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good record.
• Quick learner; teamwork; clear reading of instructions.
• Commitment to customer care and punctuality.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to stay on task during shift.
