We are seeking a highly motivated Test and Evaluation Analyst to support government test events. This position requires an individual who can attend testing activities, accurately collect and document data, and perform thorough analysis to support program objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of translating observations into actionable insights.

• Participate in testing events as an on-site observer to monitor and document test activities.
• Collect and record quantitative and qualitative data, including instrumentation outputs, logs, and direct observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test conditions, procedures, and anomalies for traceability.
• Manage and validate collected data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Navy/DoD standards.
• Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis to evaluate system performance and identify trends or issues.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, briefings, and presentations of findings for stakeholders and program leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and program managers to ensure collected data aligns with program requirements.
• Ensure all testing and data handling adhere to established Navy, DoD, and security protocols.
• Provide recommendations to improve test execution, data collection methods, and system performance assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with data collection, test observation, or system evaluation in a defense or engineering environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Active DoD security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is strongly preferred.
