We’re looking for a career-minded, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, client-obsessed team. This is a key role that connects our clients with our production powerhouse. You’ll own your accounts, crush deadlines, and help us keep our reputation for delivering like no one else.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, from project kickoff to final delivery
• Coordinate with design, production, and mailing teams to make magic happen
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point — every time
• Solve problems fast, communicate clearly, and follow up like a pro
• Suggest smarter ways to work — we like process improvements

• 2+ years in account management, customer service, or project coordination
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-driven and results-oriented (yes, both)
• Experience in print, direct mail, or marketing is a big plus
• You’re a self-starter — no micromanaging here
