Job Summary:HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join us at our West Volusia Emergency Freestanding in Deland, FL.
Description- Specialization: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine without OB, Internal Medicine
- Board certified/board prepared in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
- Family Medicine and Internal Medicine boarded candidates accepted with 6000 hours experience or 3 years experience immediately prior to joining
- ACLS & PALS certification required
- Work at a brand new free-standing emergency room opening July 2025 with 10 beds plus trauma room
- Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals
- Access to teleneuro and psych support for specialty consultations
- Opportunity for independent contractor or employed status
- Competitive compensation, possibly including a commencement bonus and relocation reimbursement
- Support from Facility Physician Leaders, Assistant FPLs, Advanced Practice Providers, and Director of Operations
HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed acute-care hospital and Level II Trauma Center serving Seminole and West Volusia counties. It offers comprehensive cardiovascular services, orthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, wound care, inpatient medical rehabilitation, and advanced imaging.
