Join an established and growing multi-specialty group located in DeLand, Florida. The practice specializes infamily medicine, internal medicine, and preventative care, operating under a medical team that includes physicians and nurse practitioners. Front desk, Medical Assistant, a person to take measurements and a dedicated referral coordinator provided.
The ScheduleMonday through Thursday,8am to 5pm
Friday,8am to 2pm
1 and 4 call, 1.3 call per week average
Around 25 patients per day
Compensation and Benefits$240,000+ base salary, depending on experience
Productivity bonus based on patient reviews, could equal $15,000+
Partnership option after 1 year
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Dental and vision benefits covered, $200 per month towards individual health insurance
3 weeks PTO plus 8 holidays and personal day
Licensing fees and malpractice covered, CME assistance
What We’re Looking ForBoard Certified
Florida medical license (or eligible to obtain)
