  • Support ongoing lean and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Help maintain compliance with ISO requirements and general manufacturing standards.
Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a comparable role.
  • Experience with CAD software and basic manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Solid understanding of Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Experience working in an ISO‑certified facility.
  • Background in both metals manufacturing and plastic injection molding.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Practical, positive, “get it done” mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with automation or robotics.
  • Background in durable goods manufacturing.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects.
What you’ll bring
