• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain care standards
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to memory care and healthcare practices
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies

• Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Prior experience in memory care or dementia-related healthcare settings preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing healthcare and memory care
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple responsibilities
