DeLand & Daytona Fl with paid mileage!
What We Offer:
- $85,000 Salary, plus performance based yearly bonuses
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus as well paid out over 3 & 6 months of employment with us
- $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences

Who Are We Looking For?
Seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in the DeLand & Daytona Beach K-12 school.

- Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the classroom.
- Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.
- Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff.
- Offer behavioral consultation within partner schools & collaborate with teachers to support students.
- Supervise students pursuing BCBA certification.
- Maintain compliance with all Payor and ethical standards.
- Mostly school based must be willing to provide some support in home and community to bridge the gap between school and home.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Certification &
Education:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Florida Medicaid Number.
- Experience
: 1+ year as a BCBA in a school setting. - Shift
: 40 hour per week salaried position with a 30 hour per week billable requirement.
