Job Description Join TELOS Health Systems as a Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) in Deland, FL. TELOS supports healthcare partners across multiple markets with a strong focus on patient care, clinician support, and staffing excellence.
** Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)**
* ** OTA  hourly rate: $32-40/hour
**** Monthly travel stipend of $250/mo for part-time and full-time

** We are hiring licensed
** Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
** in Florida to provide hands-on therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is focused on

** Key Responsibilities
*** Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
* Assist residents with regaining skills related to daily living, mobility, and fine motor function
* Track and document resident progress and report changes to the OT
* Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
* Communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care
* Maintain documentation in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines
** Qualifications
* ** Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
* ** Current Florida OTA license** (required)
* ** Senior living or similar experience preferred
*** Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
* CPR certification (as required by facility or state regulations)
* Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
* Compassionate, resident-focused, and collaborative mindset
