Required Qualifications:
2-7 years of experience in first or third-party litigation.
Defense experience.
Must be a member of the Florida Bar or be sworn in shortly.

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Job Description
Support the growth of the civil litigation defense department.
Handle a caseload from inception up through trial.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
