Pay:
From $20 per hour.

• Managing day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop.
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
• Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants.
• Overseeing the day-to-day performance of employees.
• Ensuring the execution of the job in a safe manner.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Managing all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.

• Previous experience leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in team or department leadership.
• Ability to identify and solve risks and issues.
