Manufacturing - Associate - Production (Mid Level)

Description:

Manufacturing Associate II:

Shift: Weekend A
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7 am-7 pm

The production associate has responsibilities including manufacturing, testing, and packing of products based on blueprints or work instructions. Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Reading and following work procedures and schematics to setup and operate all equipment to produce products based on specification requirements.

Performing manufacturing operations to produce assemblies and various tasks following procedures, work instructions, or blueprints.

Recording daily output.

Following all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.

Training other workers.

Working with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Complying with EHS regulations and policies including wearing required PPE.

Completing all necessary paperwork.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 2 years of complex manufacturing experience with the ability to troubleshoot machinery.

Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties.

Must be computer literate.

Math skills required.

Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.

Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.

Must be capable of steadily using their hands for the operation and manufacturing of equipment.

Must be able to read and write simple statements.

Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.
