Material Handler
Team Leader – 1st Shift
We’re looking for a Team Leader (1st Shift, 6:50 a.m. – 3:20 p.m., Monday‑Friday) to join Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, in Deland, Florida. This role manages a team of Material Handlers to keep plant production lines running and inventory moving efficiently.
Responsibilities- Work closely with planners and other materials team members to identify production gaps with schedules and inventory.
- Use SAP & DSI transactions to direct consumption and movement of materials.
- Support inbound and outbound processes, including cycle counting and put‑away; maintain 5S and safety goals.
- Provide training to new hires and help create SOPs.
- Offer insight and direction for day‑to‑day problem solving with the operations team.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours/day.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Continuous improvement.
- Kanban.
- POU or Material Supermarkets.
