Blue Palms Health & Rehabilitation of De Land is looking to hire dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our amazing Team! We are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Floor Nurses, as well as Weekly Pay, Great Benefits and a lots of fun activites for our staff.

• Provide basic medical care such as measuring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Perform routine procedures, including dressing changes and injections, under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR or BLS Card.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as applicable regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic health records and documentation
