Picerne Real Estate Group is recruiting individuals to join our Property Management team as a Leasing Professional for a Tax-Credit community
in Deland, FL.The Leasing Professional plays a crucial role in our organization by connecting apartment home renters with our beautiful communities. Our Leasing Professionals are challenged to generate new business by meeting leasing goals, retain existing customers by providing outstanding customer service and to have a great attitude, all while learning the business of Residential Property Management.

• Complete marketing outreach in the local community to promote awareness.
• Greetandtourprospective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
• Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
• Process rental applications in a timely fashion while staying in compliance with the LIHTC guidelines
• Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
