Our New Home Sales Consultants take care of customers throughout every step of the process.

• Drive the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with Starlight Homes training.
• Develop, practice, and deliver an effective sales presentation consistent with company training.
• Engage with new prospects, follow up with interested prospects, and set appointments.
• Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with realtors (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).
• Immerse yourself in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, and shopping areas to better meet the needs of clients.

• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Ability to work weekends (but will either have Monday/Tuesday off, or Thursday/Friday off).
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software programs.
