Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to ensure a welcoming guest experience and efficient service across checkout, drive-up, and pickup areas. You will greet guests, help them locate products, and explain benefits while promoting Target loyalty programs.
You should enjoy helping others, thrive in a physical retail setting, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to cover systems and safety policies.
