We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the vital link between our organization and top-tier candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure we attract, engage, and onboard exceptional talent. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us build a diverse, skilled workforce aligned with our company goals.
salary: $22 - $25 per hour

work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM

- Update attendance reports, provide coverage for outages as needed, and distribute reports to managers and supervisors.
- Correct time-clock punches for employees with missed entries.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and report any GMP, PPE, or safety violations.
- Complete incident or injury reports as they arise.
- Recruit and maintain a pipeline of standby personnel for coverage.
- Update the recruiting tracker daily.
- Distribute check stubs and physical checks.
