• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels; storage space is limited and shelving can be high.

Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
