About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving claims submitted by customers, transportation, and credit departments. Using a Customer First approach, you will balance customer satisfaction with company interests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues while supporting healthy accounts receivable aging.
Responsibilities- Process credits, returns, and debits for customer claims promptly and accurately.
- Understand the full lifecycle of orders and shipments to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding claims and RMAs to prevent aging of accounts receivable.
- Report daily metrics on claim status, including processed and oldest claims.
- Initiate root cause investigations by collaborating with flagged departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
- Identify and report trending issues, assisting in resolution efforts.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with credit, transportation, order processing, and shipping teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience in claims, customer service, or a related field.
- SAP experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay and Benefits- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
