Order Returns Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving claims submitted by customers, transportation, and credit departments. Using a Customer First approach, you will balance customer satisfaction with company interests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues while supporting healthy accounts receivable aging.

• Process credits, returns, and debits for customer claims promptly and accurately.
• Understand the full lifecycle of orders and shipments to effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding claims and RMAs to prevent aging of accounts receivable.
• Report daily metrics on claim status, including processed and oldest claims.
• Initiate root cause investigations by collaborating with flagged departments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
• Identify and report trending issues, assisting in resolution efforts.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with credit, transportation, order processing, and shipping teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience in claims, customer service, or a related field.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Delavan, WI.
