Paralegal – In-House Litigation Support

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your litigation experience in a corporate, in-house environment. You’ll support a busy legal team without courtroom appearances or litigation travel, while enjoying predictable hours, meaningful work, and exposure to complex legal matters across multiple industries.

Provide litigation support, including:

• Docketing and case management
• Preparing and responding to discovery requests (interrogatories, document requests, requests to admit)
• Drafting and managing pleadings, correspondence, and responses to government agencies
• Organizing case files and preparing exhibits
• E-filing and maintaining accurate legal records

Additional responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal teams to track deadlines and deliverables
• Assisting with annual report filings, entity formation documents, real estate transactions, and other corporate legal matters
• Learning auto dealership law and assisting with government agency interactions (e.g., DOT, DATCP, DFI, AG, SOS, FTC, CFPB). Prior experience is a plus, but not required

There is no courtroom work or litigation travel associated with this role.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Strong drafting, organizational, and docketing skills
• Experience managing multiple active cases and competing deadlines
• Proficiency with legal and case management tools such as Clio, Westlaw, Relativity, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research or document tools preferred
• Ability to quickly learn internal systems, including:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management platforms (Link Squares)
  • Insurance platforms (Aclaimant)
  • Automotive systems (Auto Mate, vAuto, Vin Solutions, Route One, Dealer Track, Rapid Recon, etc.)
