High School Youth Apprentice

This position is perfect for a high school student who is looking for hands on experience in a manufacturing shop and wants to get PAID while doing it. While working at SPX FLOW you will receive $15/hour to start, with room to grow your wage in following years. We will also be providing a SIGN ON BONUS of $200 after your first 30 days of work and $600 after your completion of 450+ hours on the job per year.

We currently have opportunities for hands on training in CNC Machining and Assembly. Your scheduled hours are based upon your availability but must be within the 1st shift timeframe (between 7am-3pm).

• 1-2 year commitment (450+ hours on the job)
• Must be enrolled in a local high school or alternative school
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have a teacher referral to the program
• Must complete & pass a background check and drug screening
• Must complete skill checklist coursework, if applicable
• Must be able to take direction from mentor and supervisor
