We have an opportunity for a Molder to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.

• Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
• Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
• Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.
• Maintain card system and determination of Kan Ban quantities.
• Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools.
• Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders.
• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.

• 2nd shift 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday – Friday.
• Overtime as needed after shift.

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr. (with an 8% shift differential - $19.44/hr. total). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
