We have an opportunity for an
** Assembly Operator
** to join our
** Delavan, WI
** team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.
** You will:
*** Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
* Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
* Perform final packaging operations.
* Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
*
* Key Requirements:

*** 1 years of recent manufacturing experience
* Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs
* Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
* Attention to detail
* Teamwork environment
** Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
*** 1st shift 5:30am – 2:30pm
* 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm + shift differential
* Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)
** Compensation:
** The hourly pay for this role is: **$18.50**.  Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
