Your Impact in This Role

We are seeking a hands‑on, experienced
Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance operations. In this critical role, you will supervise a skilled team, drive safety and efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our equipment and systems. You’ll shape preventive maintenance programs and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the plant maintenance team with a focus on safety and best practices
  • Train employees on job‑specific tasks and basic maintenance procedures
  • Audit maintenance performance and implement process improvements
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Oversee quality of maintenance work by internal teams and external vendors
  • Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Support emergency repair processes and plant uptime performance
What You Bring To The Table
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (including 3‑phase systems)
  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems and TPM programs (preferred)
  • Welding and fabrication skills (stick and/or wire welding)
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma (a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training or college degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
