Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Shift Leader by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment with the ability to multitask.

• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza spec (pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides).
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; lift and rotate stock using FIFO; date all product.
• Handle customer interactions: take phone calls, take orders in person at front counter or pickup windows, carside delivery.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out trash, wash dishes.
• Manage store operations: staffing, costing, team development.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
