Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.66/hr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience)

• Explore individual customer needs and provide demonstrations of the latest wireless technology in-store.
• Use a side‑by‑side selling approach to identify personalized solutions beyond phones and plans – including accessories, connected devices, and lifestyle‑enhancing tech.
• Uncover needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional service and build loyal customer relationships.

• Base pay starts at $15.00 – $16.66 per hour, depending on experience and location.
• On top of base wage, earn competitive commissions. When meeting sales targets, Sales Consultants earn an average of $19.00 – $25.00 per hour all‑in, combining base plus commissions.
• Because commissions are uncapped, top performers can earn $30+ per hour.

• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.
