Sales consultants earn an average salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours thereafter. Paid sick leave is provided per state law where applicable.
WhatWe're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November through December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company's expense, and ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
