Responsibilities
- Responsible for the United States Delaware overseas warehouse operation management landing
- According to business needs to develop and optimize the work flow and operation specifications of overseas warehousing business.
- Participate, guide and supervise the daily work of overseas warehouses to ensure safe operation, control costs, improve efficiency, improve customer experience and ensure timeliness and accuracy of sending and receiving.
- Responsible for overseas warehouse team building and training work, to ensure the smooth operation of overseas warehouse business.
- Achieve various KPI assessment objectives and work arrangements issued by the department and the company.
- College degree or above
- At least 5 years working experience in warehouse logistics management, 3+ years B2B warehouse working experience
- English level can meet the needs of daily work (listening, reading and writing barrier free)
- Office software skills skilled, can meet the needs of the job
