Sales Representative - Redistribution; DE, MD & Wash DC

Employer Industry: Cleaning & Hygiene, Food Processing, and Safety Industries

• Salary range of $65,000 - $115,000 with potential for additional commission

• Foster key customer relationships and identify future growth potential
• Conduct daily sales calls with distributor representatives
• Plan weekly sales activities and provide monthly recaps of targeted sales priorities
• Solicit orders from customers and establish new business relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate sales forecasts and evaluate pricing quarterly

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of inside/outside sales experience
• Ability to effectively plan weekly and daily activities with account management, including travel within the designated geography 3-4 days per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive material

• Experience with AS400 software
• Demonstrated self-starter mentality with strong initiative and follow-through
• Proven ability to work effectively under change and competing demands
• Strong results orientation and sense of urgency
• Ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives
