At Acelero Learning Delaware, we’re transforming early childhood education—and we’re looking for flexible, dedicated team players to support our mission. As a Floater, you’ll step into classrooms across age groups (infants, toddlers, and preschoolers) to provide consistent care, support teachers, and ensure every child has what they need to thrive.

• Support classrooms as needed, assisting teachers in maintaining a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
• Help implement daily routines, including mealtimes, rest, play, and instructional activities.
• Engage with children in meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Assist with classroom management, transitions, and individual support for children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a strong sense of community.
• Step in wherever needed—including mealtime support, or transitions—to keep daily operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, dependable, and flexible, able to adapt quickly to different classroom needs.
• Passionate about supporting children’s development and well-being.
• A strong team player, able to collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Reflective and growth-minded, with a willingness to learn.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

• High School Diploma or equivalent (CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
