Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Jr. Youth Development Professional to assist the operation of a quality school-age childcare program and ensure compliance with Delacare rules for school-age centers.
Under the supervision of the IPT (Impact Programs Team) and assigned Club Director, you will help deliver age-appropriate programs while maintaining safety and program quality, and you will serve as a positive role model for youth.
