CRx Construction is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of high-end coastal custom home projects in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. You will serve as the on-site leader, overseeing daily operations, maintaining schedules, managing subcontractors, and delivering architecturally significant homes that reflect our uncompromising standards for quality and client service.

• Oversee all phases of luxury custom home construction from site prep to final punch-out.
• Maintain full-time jobsite presence ensuring safety, cleanliness, and daily progress.
• Own and manage the project schedule using Builder Trend.
• Coordinate and communicate clearly with clients, trade partners, architects, and inspectors.
• Host structured walkthroughs at key milestones.
• Enforce construction quality per drawings and specifications.
• Conduct pre-installation checks and track deliveries.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain orderly jobsite logistics.

• 5+ years of residential construction management (luxury homes preferred).
• Experience with renovations/remodels is a strong plus.
• Proficient in reading architectural plans and structural drawings.
• Skilled in Builder Trend, Microsoft Excel/Word, and tech-based communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
• Client-focused with an ownership mentality and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and walk job sites in various weather conditions.

• $95,000–$115,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
