Construction Project Manager
Join our growing team at Turnstone Custom Homes to help shape custom residential spaces in Sussex County, Delaware. With over 21 years in design/build and renovation, we pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Base Pay Range$75,000 / year – $100,000 / year (actual pay based on experience and skill set).
Role OverviewYou will oversee multiple custom home projects, managing superintendents, subcontractors, and client communication to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage all phases of custom home projects from planning to completion.
- Supervise and mentor site superintendents and assistant project managers.
- Maintain project schedules using CoConstruct and ensure critical paths are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Review and manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and safety standards.
- Address project challenges with proactive problem‑solving and clear communication.
- Track and document project progress in daily job logs.
- Minimum 7+ years in construction management, preferably custom residential.
- Strong proficiency with CoConstruct and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Proven leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills focused on clarity and respect.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction best practices.
- Experience with local building codes and regulations preferred.
- Full‑time position.
