At Melodic Movements, we do more than teach dance — we raise young hearts, minds, and spirits. Our studio is a family, rooted in purpose, passion, and excellence, and we’re growing!

We’re currently seeking a Mini Instructor who doesn’t just teach little ones how to dance — but helps them discover confidence, creativity, and a deeper understanding of who they are. If you’re the kind of teacher who lights up when a tiny dancer finds their rhythm — and you’re ready to pour into their journey both on and off the stage — this could be your home.

• Leading joyful, technique-based classes for children aged 18 months to 6 years.
• Creating engaging, purposeful lesson plans that introduce movement, musicality, and meaning.
• Choreographing delightful performances for our recitals and community events that let even the tiniest dancer shine.
• Supporting students beyond the dance floor — teaching teamwork, resilience, and self-expression.
• Occasionally assisting with or subbing older classes when needed (flexibility is a plus!).

• Are passionate about child development, positive discipline, and building confidence through dance.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with both students and parents.
• Can teach early childhood movement, ballet basics, and tap or combo classes.
• Are open to teaching older students when needed.
• Thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven team environment.
• Have at least 2 years of dance teaching experience, especially with minis.
• Are available weekday evenings and Saturdays.
