Position Overview:

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is looking for a Part‑Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to help drive our customer service excellence while supporting our expanding business. This position offers opportunities for growth and the chance to make a real impact in our dealership environment.

• Answer and manage a multi‑line phone system efficiently
• Greet and assist customers professionally, both in‑person and over the phone
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and quickly
  
  Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
• Perform general office tasks including filing, inventory management, and other duties as needed by the Office Manager

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly and professional demeanor, whether in‑person or on the phone
• Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
• A solid work ethic and dedication to excellence
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
