Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Laboratory Technician

Position Summary
Seeking an MLS/CLS/MT or MLT to perform, evaluate, and correlate laboratory test procedures while supporting method selection and quality standards. This role also includes participation in staff education, onboarding of new team members, and occasional administrative or advanced technical tasks.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or
• Eligibility under ASCP certification routes for MLT or MLS
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule

• 24/7 laboratory—varied scheduling available
• May work a primary shift or rotate between days, evenings, and nights
• Weekend and holiday rotations required
• Overtime and additional shifts may be needed during staffing shortages or emergencies
• Must be able to respond during disaster events
