• Supervises Social Services staff and oversees department operations.
• Fosters a climate and policies that enable patients/residents to maximize independence and dignity.
• Ensures psychosocial assessments and discharge goals are identified and documented.
• Educates staff regarding the psychosocial needs of patients/residents and their families.

• Bachelor's degree in social work or human services.
• State licensure or certification required for long‑term care practice.
