Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, function, and quality of life.
You’ll perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and safe transfers, while documenting progress and communicating with patients and families.
