The Clinical Services Administrator manages the New Castle County PROMISE Assessment Center serving individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. The role develops and oversees policies and procedures, provides technical supervision to program staff, ensures quality assurance, and acts as liaison between clinical centers and external agencies. The incumbent advocates for beneficiaries and ensures contracted providers meet clinical and wellness needs.
Keyqualifications:
- Three years experience in health or human services work
- Six months experience in health or human services program administration
- Six months experience developing policies and procedures
- Six months experience in staff supervision
- Knowledge of budget management and control
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
