- Key Role, Key Impact: As the Service Manager and Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dealership's success.

- Drive Growth: Lead the charge in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and capitalizing on emerging market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the service department, including greeting customers, managing the day-to-day operations of the team members working in the branch, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Manage the rental department.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Oversee service budget, P&L, and financial reporting. Make data‑driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Communicate with the service technicians to prioritize and expedite repairs.
- Provide customers with estimated completion times and keep them informed throughout the service process.
- Review and explain repair orders, invoices, and warranty information to customers.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential issues and ensure the longevity of our fleet.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies for repairs.
- Coordinate the rental process from inquiry to return, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Prepare and review rental agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of available equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and depreciation.
- 5+ years’ experience in an equipment dealership or similar industry
- Understand basic concepts of Revenue Center Management, customer relations and fundamentals of rental, service, and parts management.
- Strong operations management experience, preferable in service, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Adept at team building, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong leadership management and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred
