$18.70/hr - $19.70/hr

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure that the offal area and its components are in safe operating order at all times and are in compliance with company and other applicable regulations.

• Supports Allen Harim’s mission, vision and values
• Drive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offal
• Maintain operations of equipment in offal to meet the production plant requirements
• Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of work shift
• Clean and sanitize inside and out of offal to maintain clean and safe work environment
• Load offal and feather trailers properly
• Wash tumblers that separate meat from water
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions in a manner that is consistent with the essential job functions

• Must have the ability to enter all areas of the plant and offices
• Must be able to climb and crawl in confined spaces
• Must be able to communicate with all level of employees as well as outside vendors and government agencies

Work environment is predominantly wet and exposed to a variety of odors as well as presenting with hot and cold temperatures. Safety protocol is provided.
